Martha has completed **extensive training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels I and II)** and uses this evidence-based approach to help couples of all backgrounds strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy.
Throughout her career, Martha has worked extensively with trauma survivors, bringing a compassionate, trauma-informed lens to her work. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in **Family Systems Therapy**, **attachment-based counseling**, and **Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)**. Martha is especially committed to supporting clients through grief in all its forms—whether it affects individuals, couples, or family systems. She has also led parenting classes in both online and in-person formats, gaining valuable insight into the complex realities faced by caregivers.
Her experience spans a wide range of clinical issues, including depression, grief, sexual identity exploration, addiction, trauma, infidelity, eating disorders, and attachment-related concerns. Regardless of the setting, Martha strives to meet clients where they are, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore, heal, and grow.
At the heart of Martha’s work is a belief in the power of authentic connection. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they gain greater self-understanding, cultivate deeper relationships, and move toward more meaningful, fulfilling lives.
