Kira Sandhu, MS
professional counselor associate
West Linn Office
At times, the weight of the world can feel overwhelming, and having someone to sit with you as you begin to make sense of it all can make a meaningful difference. I am a driven and compassionate mental health professional, committed to providing inclusive, client-centered therapy that meets the diverse needs of individuals across ages, backgrounds, and identities.
My approach to therapy is rooted in walking alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as we explore how past experiences and relationships continue to shape your present life. I draw from play therapy, sand tray therapy, and trauma-informed, attachment-based approaches to support clients in processing experiences in ways that feel developmentally appropriate, relationally safe, and meaningful. These approaches allow space for expression, connection, and healing beyond words when needed.
Together, we will explore the stressors impacting your life—whether they stem from day-to-day demands, significant life transitions, or past experiences that still feel present—and how they influence your energy, emotional well-being, and sense of fulfillment. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, and steady, where you can process your experiences and develop patterns and routines that are thoughtfully tailored to you.
I am deeply passionate about people and their lived experiences and believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and guide you as you move toward a life that feels intentional, grounded, and aligned with your values. If you feel we may be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out to begin the process.
